CHALLENGES/OPPORTUNITIES:

H2O Wear needed to update the quality of their design presentation and marketing to better reflect the premium quality of the their swimwear apparel. Catalogs did not go out at regular intervals and created customer confusion as to  when to expect new offerings. L2 was given creative license to overhaul the entire process.

STRATEGY/RESULTS:

L2 organized the catalog providing detailed schedules to assist H2O Wear with apparel for the photo shoots, while allowing various vendors to also maintain timeframes for their individual tasks. Moving the shoots to Florida to obtain better rates and providing higher quality resources for models and photography. The overall end result was an improved work schedule, better cost budgets and regular intervals for the catalog to maximize customer response. With the catalog on a more seasonal calendar track, revenues for the catalog and for special promotions allowed for better revenue streams and budget planning to take place as well.
