Retail Now Campaign

Challenges/Opportunities:

RSPA found its Retail Now annual conference marketing and brand positioning lacked innovation, although this was the premise of the organizations value proposition. The event needed to be reimagined and refocused.

Strategy/Results:

In conjunction with branding work previously conducted by L2, we repositioned their primary convention to share the same qualities and value propositions. Messaging for the event became ROI driven, marketing materials became targeted and addressed the specific needs of members (the primary attendance audience) and the visual identity for the meeting evolved to be more technology and forward-thinking focused. Initial results are very promising for a record-breaking attendance.
