Challenges/Opportunities:

The Urban Land Institute (ULI) is one of the most well-respected think-tanks serving the real estate community. The foundation side of ULI offers innovation through project grants, educational opportunities and funds the publishing of research reports, however this was not well known in their industry.

Strategy/Results:

L2 was retained to improve awareness. Our strategy evolved around developing a more succinct and streamlined message. Through client interviews the need for a clear and actionable message for ULI’s grant support programs, and for members and industry leaders to support this work was key. The cornerstone piece L2 created was a {Education. Innovation. Action.} brochure. This piece was the springboard for many other deliverables such as presentation materials, space ads and programming focus points for events that centered around ULI foundation activities.
