The Power of RSPA

Challenges/Opportunities:

RSPA’s 2014 Retail Now Conference needed their marketing efforts to employ all channels by which their members and industry use with regularity to receive information and make decisions. Some channels like print received greater attention than others, like multi-media. As a result there were differences in the quality of the messages delivered between the channels used to promote the event.

Strategy/Results:

L2 assisted RSPA increase event awareness and registration promotion and to ensure all areas for campaign efforts received consistent communications support in both visual look/feel and messaging. For the 2015 conference, L2 developed a marketing campaign that used print, email, web, and video to support outreach and awareness for the event and drive registration. Every piece developed was designed with purpose for the channel by which it was distributed and timed for release in sequence to support the overall marketing and communications plan.
